No. The listed price for your magazine wedding program covers the design service only unless otherwise stated. Printing is available as an additional service and is quoted separately based on factors such as the final page count, quantity, paper and print specifications, and shipping.
Yes! Once your design has been finalized and approved, printing may be added to your order for an additional cost. A custom printing quote will be provided based on your specific needs.
Yes. You may choose the design-only option and arrange printing independently. Once your design is finalized and approved, you will receive the appropriate final files for printing.
Please note that The Lakendra Edit is not responsible for printing quality, color variations, production delays, shipping delays, or other issues that occur when you choose to print through a third-party printer.
Printing costs are separate from the design fee and vary depending on your final specifications, including page count, quantity, paper selection, finishing options, and shipping. Because every order is different, printing is quoted individually.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you would like The Lakendra Edit to coordinate printing. Your design timeline, revision process, final approval, printing production time, and shipping time should all be considered before your wedding date. Rush orders may not always be available.
You may request to cancel your order; however, your initial booking deposit is non-refundable. Because each magazine wedding program is a custom design service, work completed before cancellation may also be non-refundable.
The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable, as outlined in your service agreement. If additional payments have been made, any potential refund will depend on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed.
Once design work has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable due to the time and creative services already invested in your project.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date; however, rescheduling is subject to availability and may affect your production timeline.
After booking, you will receive guidance on the information and materials needed for your program. Depending on your design, this may include your ceremony details, wedding party information, personal messages, memorial information, photos, schedules, fun facts, love story details, or other content you’d like included.
Yes. Clients are responsible for providing the final wording, names, dates, ceremony details, and other content exactly as they should appear in the program.
Please review all submitted information carefully before sending it. The Lakendra Edit is not responsible for errors in client-provided content.
To keep your project moving efficiently, we recommend submitting your content as completely and accurately as possible by the requested deadline. Delays in providing content, photos, or approvals may delay your design and, if applicable, printing timeline.
Absolutely! Photos can be incorporated into your magazine program depending on your selected design and page count. For the best print quality, high-resolution images are strongly recommended.
That’s okay! However, all requested content and materials must be submitted by the deadline provided for your project. Your timeline cannot move forward until the necessary information has been received.
Yes, a set number of revisions are included with your selected experience. Revisions are intended for reasonable edits and refinements to the design and do not include a complete redesign after a concept has been approved.
Once final approval has been provided, your project will move into final file preparation or printing, depending on the services selected.
Please review your final proof carefully. Once final approval is given, The Lakendra Edit is not responsible for errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information that was approved by the client.
Changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee and may affect your production timeline. If printing has already begun or the order has been sent to production, changes may no longer be possible.
Unless specifically stated in your package or agreement, editable design files are not included. Your final files are provided for their intended use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared for commercial use, or used to create derivative products.
No. Your custom magazine wedding program is created for your personal event only. The design, artwork, layouts, and creative assets remain protected and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially.
