1. Digital Products
All products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Files cannot be returned, exchanged, or revoked once delivered.

2. License & Usage
All designs, templates, and digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Resell, share, or redistribute any product
- Claim designs as your own
- Use designs for commercial resale or mass production
- Alter and resell any part of the design
The Lakendra Edit retains all rights to the original designs and creative concepts.

3. Canva Disclaimer
Templates are designed for use in Canva. The Lakendra Edit is not affiliated with Canva.
Basic knowledge of Canva is recommended. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand how to edit and use the template.

4. Custom & Semi-Custom Services
All custom and semi-custom design services require either:
- Full payment (for projects under $150), or
- A 50% non-refundable deposit (for projects $150 and above)
Work will begin only after payment is received.
Final files will be delivered once the remaining balance is paid in full.

5. Revisions
Revision limits are based on the selected service package.
Additional revisions beyond what is included may require an additional fee.

6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate text, details, and content
- Reviewing all proofs carefully before final approval
The Lakendra Edit is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

7. Technology & Third-Party Tools
Some designs may include elements such as QR codes, links, or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Forms).
Clients are responsible for managing and maintaining these tools once provided.
The Lakendra Edit is not responsible for third-party platform functionality or user error.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the intellectual property of The Lakendra Edit.
Custom designs are created exclusively for the client; however, The Lakendra Edit reserves the right to:
- Showcase work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials

9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made for:
- Duplicate purchases
- Proven technical issues that cannot be resolved

10. Right to Refuse Service
The Lakendra Edit reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if necessary.
